• Our delivery courier is UPS.
• The shipping rates below are calculated based on the shipment of one ClockClock 24. 
• All orders are insured by Humans since 1982 during shipment transit from our studio to the delivery address
• The transit times below are estimates only.

Please note:

• Shipping to China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is currently not possible. 
• Deliveries may be delayed in certain geographical areas or if your order requires special validation (e.g. custom related matters). Due to Brexit, deliveries to the UK may be delayed.
• Orders are shipped in a solid packaging box complete with a carrier’s handle. 
• When your order has been shipped from our studio in Stockholm, Sweden, you will be sent a shipping confirmation with a UPS tracking number. 
• Upon delivery of the package, you shall be notified by UPS via text message, phone call or email. In any case where you are not notified by UPS upon delivery of your package, the delivery of the package can be tracked using the provided UPS tracking number.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You can exercise your right to return your ClockClock within 14 days from when you have received the artwork. Please contact us at return@clockclock.com within 14 days of having received the artwork if you wish to return your ClockClock. Note: In the case of exercising your right to return your ClockClock within 14 days of delivery, you, the buyer, are responsible for all costs connected to shipping the artwork back to our studio location in Stockholm, Sweden. Humans since 1982 cannot accept any liability or responsibility if an artwork is damaged during transit to the studio.
